We offer free shipping on all orders above 50 euro. There are no hidden fees — the price you see at checkout is the final price.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
Returns
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging
- The item must be in the same condition as received

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, your order may already be processed and can no longer be canceled.
